How We Work Together
- Work begins once you accept a proposal or invoice.
- Your proposal will detail scope, timeline, milestones, and costs.
- Any additional changes after work starts may adjust cost and timeline.
Payment Terms
To keep things smooth and transparent, here's how payments work:

Project Start
30% upfront to kick things off
Mid-Point
20% at milestone (design approval or MVP functional)
Completion
50% on completion before final deliverables
Warranty Period
We've Got Your Back!
When your project is live and hosted, you get 15 days of free bug fixes and minor adjustments (our post-launch support). After that, we'll be happy to keep helping under a maintenance plan.
Refund Policy
Here's how refunds work, in a fair-but-firm style:
- If you change your mind before work begins, we'll happily provide a full refund.
- If work has started but isn't complete, we're open to a partial refund, adjusting for work already done.
- Once the project is completed and delivered, refunds aren't available—but we stick around for fixes during the 15-day warranty window.
If there's an issue that's truly our fault and we can't fix it, let's talk—your satisfaction matters, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Your Responsibilities
You promise to:
- Provide feedback, approvals, and materials promptly so we can keep things moving
- Ensure you own any content or assets you share with us
- Stay in touch—your responsiveness helps us deliver on time
How We Protect Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. We won't share your confidential details unless needed to deliver your project, or unless required by law. Similarly, we trust you'll keep our internal methods confidential.
Third-Party Tools
If we use third-party tools (like hosting services, APIs, or plugins), they're governed by their own terms. We'll help you work through any issues, but we can't control their reliability or changes.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post the new version on our site with a fresh "Last Updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
